REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Our approach

Every purchase at The Baobab Circle is considered with care. We review refund and return requests individually and use our discretion to reach a resolution that is fair to both parties.

Physical oil products

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@revlettie.com  with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with you toward a resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit. Because our oils are body-care products, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used items for health and safety reasons. Unopened items in original condition may be considered for return within 14 days of delivery.

Digital downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of PDFs and digital journals are final once the download link has been accessed. If you experience a technical issue accessing your download, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

Consultation sessions

Consultations are confirmed upon booking. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session are not eligible for refund. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full credit toward a future session.

Events and workshops

Refund eligibility for events and workshops is noted at the time of registration. In the event Rev. Lettie cancels or reschedules a session, registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date.
