Leading While Tired: What Responsible Women Won’t Say Out Loud
On March 24, 2026, I stood before the Top 100 Most Powerful Black Women Virtual Summit and said the thing most of us have been trained not to say: I am tired. And leading from this place is costing us more than we know.
